We are so thrilled to share our first international MIND. BODY. RESET retreat on the stunning island of Mallorca - 5-11th May 2023, bookings are now open! This is set to be an epic 6 nights of nourishment and self care - set in the most stunning location, a 14th century monastery “Son Rullan” just outside of our favourite village of Deia - we both fell in love with this magical location where the mountains meet the ocean - truly immersed in nature from sunrise to sunset. The historic monastery is surrounded by cascades of ancient olive groves and boasts some of the most breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. We are unbelievably excited to have the incredible Grace Berrow of Patiki Beach Port de Soller as our private chef. Grace will be creating the most spectacular & deliciously fresh nourishing food. I fell in love with Grace’s food on my last visit to the island, it’s a textural, colourful, flavourful celebration of the raw ingredients she so consciously sources locally from neighbouring growers.
